Single point of contact
Every client is assigned a dedicated account manager who coordinates all services — immigration, housing, payroll, compliance, family support, and workspace. You communicate with one person. We handle the operational complexity behind the scenes. The named account manager is the same person who scopes your engagement, runs your monthly review, and handles regulatory transitions across your deployment lifecycle.
What to bring to the consultation
The consultation is more productive if you can share, at high level:
- Headcount profile. How many employees you expect to deploy in the first six months and the projected ramp through the first 24 months.
- Time horizon. Project-based with a defined endpoint, multi-year operational base, or open-ended.
- Entity preference. Whether you are committed to forming an Armenian entity, evaluating the Employer of Record alternative, or still deciding.
- Sector and role mix. Particularly relevant if the engagement involves IT-sector tax incentive eligibility or TRIPP-related contracting.
- Home-side compliance posture. Especially for US federal contracting, EU GDPR alignment, or sector-specific regulatory requirements that the Armenian operation will need to fit within.
If you do not yet have all of these defined, the consultation is still useful — part of the engagement scoping is helping you commit to specific answers on each.
What we do not do over email
Substantive engagement scoping happens on a call rather than over email. The reason is straightforward: most of the consequential structuring decisions — entity vs. EOR, FEZ vs. standard regime, soft-landing scope and tier, family-side configuration — depend on context that does not transfer cleanly through written exchange. A 30–60 minute call is materially more productive than three back-and-forth email rounds. The consultation is free; we do not gate it behind email triage.

Interactive tools (deferred)
A work permit eligibility checker, relocation cost calculator, and online consultation booking form are deferred to a subsequent phase. Until those are live, the path to engagement is the consultation request through the email and phone above.
Frequently asked questions
What happens in the free consultation?
We assess your specific situation, timeline, and workforce deployment needs. We deliver a tailored proposal covering immigration, settlement, entity formation, payroll, and any other services your engagement requires — with transparent pricing and clear milestones. The consultation itself is free; the proposal that follows is the starting point for engagement scoping.
How quickly can the first employee be working in Armenia?
Practical timeline from engagement signing is typically 30–60 days for the first employee. The integrated work permit and Temporary Residence Card application takes approximately 30 business days through workpermit.am. Soft-landing and banking run in parallel during the same window.
Do you require a minimum engagement size?
No. We work with single-employee deployments as cleanly as with multi-employee teams. For project-based work, market-entry pilots, and small regional teams, the Employer of Record arrangement is often the right answer specifically because it scales down to one employee cleanly.
